A Note On Zippers and Zipper Caves:
Beginning with our Spring '22 collection and newer, new and improved zippers + zipper caves will come standard with each Dream Couch, Crash Cloud, Shape & Cover.
Most of our Fall '21 collection will come with the original zipper designs, without the improved zippers or zipper caves. Some items from this collection were, in fact, manufactured with the new zipper designs, however this occurrence is rare and we have no way to identify which products from the Fall '21 collection were manufactured with the new zipper design.
To Guarantee that your product will have the newest zipper designs and zipper caves, please purchase from any Spring '22 or newer collection.

We ship everywhere in the U.S., Canada, & most APO/FPO/DPO locations. If you're having trouble placing an order outside of the U.S., please let us know and we can help!

Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories & Armed Forces Locations: $50
Canada: $50
Shipping Time
All products ship order within the U.S. will usually ship within 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is getting ready to ship out. Shipping times vary but you can usual expect your item within 2-5 business days!
Orders placed outside of the U.S. will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

All unopened Wild Kids products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
Dream Couches and Crash Clouds must still be compressed and in their original boxes to be eligible for return.
Sky Bars must be in their original boxes.
All products must have their original adhesive seal still intact.
Return fee is only covered for damaged or wrong items shipped.
For all other eligible returns within 15 days of delivery, shipping charges are at the expense of the customer.
To start the return process, please send a picture of your unopened product to hello@wildkidsplay.com with the subject line “Return Order #{YOUR ORDER NUMBER}”. A prepaid label will be made for you!
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Accidents happen! If your order has arrived damaged or is different from the order that you placed, we'll take care of you! Please complete our Damaged/Defective Replacement Form or the Problems With Your Order Form.

Wild Kids Play offers a 30-day manufacturer's warranty for any possible defects that may have occurred during the manufacturing process, as well as a one-year limited warranty to address any functional concerns.
