Our warehouse team are pretty much super heroes with how speedy they process and prepare orders! All cancellation requests must be made the day the order is placed, through our Contact Us form.
FREE shipping in the contiguous United States! Costs for shipping to AK, HI, Canada, and APO/FPO will be calculated at checkout.
They will not. Each item will come in its own box with a tracking number unique to that specific package. Please do not be alarmed if one item arrives and others have not yet made it to you. Please allow 7 days for your remaining products to arrive before creating a Customer Support ticket for a missing item.
All unopened Wild Kids products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and fully sealed. Return shipping is customer responsibility. To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns Form on our Contact Us Page and include a photo of the unopened box as well as the shipping label.
All products should be opened within two weeks of arrival and any defect or discrepancy reported within 30 days of arrival.
All products come with both a manufacturer’s warranty and a one year functional warranty.
The manufacturer's warranty covers your product for the first 30 days, which applies to the intended size, shape, color, quality, and baseline functionality of the product.
One Year Warranty:
The one year warranty includes potential product concerns that affect functionality within the first year. This may present itself as a stitching or zipper issue for example.

All foam products must be opened with 15 days of arrival or your warranty will be void.
Our fabric covers can all be spot cleaned with soap and water or your preferred fabric stain treatment. We recommend removing the covers before spot cleaning to keep your foam dry! Covers are also machine washable- wash covers fully zipped- on the delicate/gentle setting, with cold water and non-bleach detergent only. LINE DRY ONLY.
Waterproof liners are spot clean only.
To clean your foam we recommend warm soap water or a store bought foam upholstery cleaner. Please allow several days for your foam to dry out after washing it before putting your covers back on!
Our covers are not waterproof. We do sell waterproof liners for the Dream Couch and look forward to having liners for our shapes available in the near future!
The Crash Cloud does come with a waterproof liner, however it also includes a vented panel for air flow that is, inevitably, not waterproof
Our covers are a super soft microsuede style material. The benefits of this style of cover is that they are soft, durable, and easy to stop clean! Made from 100% Polyester.
Our products are made of open-cell polyurethane foam.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your products to fully expand.
Yes- foam discolorations are a common occurance and can be the result of many factors, either naturally ocurring or during the manufacturing process.
Foam- especially white foam- will show every little blemish and in the manufacturing process foam is exposed to measurement markings (marker), heat sources (searing), rolling machines (oil), and incidental warehouse markings during the packing process.
Oxidation is a common occurrence and completely unavoidable with white foam but does not affect the functionality of your product.
This is caused by your Dream Couch being rolled, compressed, and packed up tight in a box for an extended period of time. The color transfer from your Dream Couch covers are caused by compression and/or friction and not by moisture.
All 2022 products come standard with zipper caves. Our Fall 2021 collection (Twilight, Moss, Huckleberry, Harvest, Peony, and Holly) do not have zipper caves.
We expect our foam to be cut within 1/2 inch of intended measurements. If you have a size variance great that 1/2 inch, please contact our Customer Support team via our Contact Us page.
Because we are a small company, our team is mostly remote and we are able to efficiently address all customer communications directly through our website. If you need to reach us for any reason, please reach out to us through our Contact Us Form
We do! If you are local to the Indianapolis area and prefer to pick up your items instead of having them shipped, you are welcome to do so and we'll even refund you 10% after your items have been successfully picked up!
