Refund policy

 

All unopened Wild Kids products are eligible for return within 30 days of order date.

Couches and Crash Clouds must still be compressed and in their original boxes to be eligible for return.

Sky Bars must be in their original boxes.

All products must have their original adhesive seal still intact.

Return fee is only covered for damaged or wrong items shipped.

For all other eligible returns within 30 days of Order Date, shipping charges are at the expense of the customer.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
